I am intrigued by users and the problems they face in their daily life. As an agile software leader I am led by users to craft solutions that create awesome product experiences.

I am a people leader who is passionate about leading and growing people, being able to discover their intrinsic motivators and boost them. I believe being able to take risk the risk to experiment-fail-learn is an integral part of creating beautiful products.

Having practiced agile principles in software delivery for more than a decade, I am a still a learner of the craft and believer in innovating the practices to uphold the basic principles.

I am mentor and teacher at heart, which I fulfil through lectures at Monash University, speaking at community events and sharing my knowledge.
